The docs center now has full zh-TW/fr/es/ru/ja translations instead of falling back to English. zh-TW is converted from Simplified Chinese; fr/es/ru/ja are translated from this English source, with code blocks and request examples left unchanged.

Added API concepts documentation covering API origin, OpenAI SDK base_url, authentication, error structure and rate-limit guidance.
Added the API Reference overview plus Chat, Responses, Embeddings, Images, Audio and Rerank endpoint docs.
Added video generation API documentation for /v1/video/generations, /v1/videos, async polling and Seedance / Doubao video metadata mapping.
